excellent slave: Hello Mistress Deja, it is an honor to speak with You. Please tell me how long You’ve been involved with BDSM.

Mistress Deja: I have been involved with BDSM for 7 years.

excellent slave: Where are you from originally and what brings you to Arizona?

Mistress Deja: A change from Oklahoma. I love the desert very mystical to me. The fetish scene is huge out here and can drive up to L.A. which is only 6 hours away and get involved in the huger fetish scene that they have.

excellent slave: You do a lot of performance art, could you give me and our readers an idea what kind of work you’ve done in the past?

Mistress Deja: yes I did run a fetish group in Tulsa, Oklahoma called Pine Box Productions. I mixed in theatricals with BDSM. For example: I put together a show called Revelations, where I took the book of Revelations and turned it into BDSM. A domme represented one of the horseman. I had scenes of temptation and desires. My shows consisted of body suspension, candle waxing, mummification, flogging, paddling, roleplay, nipple torture, sensory deprivation, etc. I figured making a theatrical show that would be more enticing for the fetish scene. I also would have a dungeon going at these shows for players, and people that hadnt ever experienced this lifestyle before to play and learn.

excellent slave: Do you have a dungeon, or a favorite play space?

Mistress Deja: I have a favirote play space at the moment, I believe in privacy for the other person (submissive/slave) and that everything is confidential. I normally keep the whereabouts private.

excellent slave: Are you looking for personal slaves at this time?

Mistress Deja: I always love having new slaves. But I like to keep the ones I have already had as well.

excellent slave: Please describe one of Your most memorable scenes.

Mistress Deja: My most memorable, was when I was doing a fetish show in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Halloween a couple of years ago. A man had approached me to play in the dungeon. ( I will keep names unmentioned) he was into hardcore play. such as flogging, paddling, whatever I wanted to do to him. As the session began, he was very intune with himself and nothing around him existed, and I could see this in his eyes. The bond grew intense between myself and the submissive. I began to feel his energy channeling through mine, I could see the same images that were in his mind, I could feel each emotion that he was feeling, though the naked eye wouldnt have noticed any of this. I felt at that moment that I recognized his entire life before me. It was the most electrifying experience of my BDSM career. He was indeed a very special beautiful individual.

excellent slave: Do You have any advice for submissives who wish to speak with You, or speak with other Dommes in general?

Mistress Deja: yes I do believe If you are wanting to submit or be a slave for a domme. There has to be a bond of trust built between the submissive and domme. You must know one another. It is like a relationship. You must answer everything honestly and at the best of your knowledge. When there is no trust, there is nothing there. You must speak of your experiences, you must be willing to be obedient. You must speak of your health issues if there is any, for safety purposes. You must be willing to do whatever the domme asks, to please that domme. You must be proud if a domme decides to take you as theirs. I believe in strength, honesty, loyalty, strength, and a spiritual connection.

excellent slave: You are a political and animal activist, do You ever let that carry over into the world of BDSM or your performances?

Mistress Deja: yes I am. I did a anti-government fetish show drama. Involving the things that are wrong in our world and our government mixing the BDSM into it. I have done fund raisers at my fetish shows, for animal shelters, I believe that a voice should be heard to others.

excellent slave: What plans do you have for the future?

Mistress Deja: my plans for the future, is to grow more into the BDSM which is a passion of mine. I plan on running a more public dungeon, and perhaps having a couple of more. I would like to teach classes on this lifestyle for others that are curious, I believe if one has a better understanding of this lifestyle, then that leads to more open minds. I am always open to new things and bring them out into the world.

Mistress Deja: yes, Always try something once meaning a lifestyle a culture, expand your mind and see whats out there, because its not living life unless you have experienced everything.
